Terms and Conditions of Service for Olivia White Designs

All services provided by Olivia White Designs are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging with Olivia White Designs for any products or services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Service.

2. Ownership and Copyright All design work, including but not limited to words, images, concepts, and illustrations, remains the property of Olivia White Designs unless explicitly released in writing and after full payment has been received.

3. Design Approval If multiple design options are presented, only one will be considered as fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of Olivia White Designs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Proofing and Feedback The client is responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs. Olivia White Designs cannot be held liable for errors once artwork has been approved by the client. Feedback on proofs must be provided within two weeks of receipt. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in additional charges.

5. Project Commencement Work on a project will begin only after the client has signed and returned the estimate/quotation or provided an official order, indicating acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment Terms Charges for design services and any additional services will be outlined in the estimate or quotation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required upon acceptance of the estimate. Full payment is due upon completion of the project.

7. Payment Methods Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic funds transfer as agreed upon in advance.

8. Default and Collections Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days will be considered in default. Olivia White Designs reserves the right to remove materials from any systems until payment is received. Defaulting clients may be subject to legal expenses and collection fees.

9. Copyright and Permissions The client warrants that they have appropriate copyright permissions for all materials provided to Olivia White Designs. Any materials created by Olivia White Designs remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Indemnification The client agrees to indemnify Olivia White Designs against any claims arising from unauthorized use of materials or failure to obtain necessary permissions.

11. Alterations and Third-Party Modifications Additional changes or modifications may incur extra charges. Olivia White Designs is not responsible for alterations made by third parties.

12. Termination Olivia White Designs reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms and Conditions.

13. Refunds and Collections Refunds are not typically provided unless specified otherwise. Outstanding payments will accrue interest and may be sent to collections after 30 days.

14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by United States law, and any disputes will be adjudicated in Georgia.

15. Consent By using Olivia White Designs' services, the client consents to these Terms and Conditions of Service.
